Joran van der Sloot's Attorney Needs to Shut His Trap

MSNBC reports that Joran van der Sloot has been detained in connection to slaying of a Peruvian woman.

Joran van der Sloot's lawyer, Joe Tacopina, said his client "has been falsely accused of murder once before. The fact is he wears a bull's-eye on his back now and he is a quote-unquote 'usual suspect' when it comes to allegations of foul play."
